The folder includes the following basic IT Policies in regards to computer use, IT security and general conventions:

Policy. IT Computer Use. General IT Policy outlining basic rules for computer use. The objective of this policy is to define standards of conduct when employing the use of information technologies available through the Company. These technologies include, but are not limited to, computers, computer files, software, as well as electronic mail, voice mail, Internet and Intranet.

Policy. IT Security. General IT Policy outlining basic IT security regulations. This policy establishes requirements for the Information Security.

Policy. Shared Work Environment. IT Policy setting internal conventions for a shared work environment. This regulation is designed to enhance the quality of our computer-based shared work environment: files, folders, and data, to ensure consistency, transferability of the results, and ultimately, to the best extent practical, its effortless use.

Policy. Use of Social Media. IT Policy setting regulations for use of Social Media. The Company's Social Media resources constitute a Protectable Interest. This policy provides guidance for Employee's use of Social Media, which should be broadly understood for purposes of this policy to include blogs, message boards, chat rooms, electronic newsletters, online forums, social networking sites, and other sites and services that permit users to share information with others in a contemporaneous manner.
