Killcare Marina is located in Hardys Bay - a south-eastern suburb of the Central Coast region of NSW, located on the Bouddi Peninsula. It is part of the City of Gosford local government area. Hardys Bay, Pretty Beach, Wagstaffe, and the Bouddi Peninsula are colloquially known as Killcare.

The Marina is 24 nautical miles from the Sydney Harbour Bridge, and 68 km from Hornsby along the M1 Pacific Motorway.

Boat

You can easily get to Killcare Marina by boat.

The entrance channel to Brisbane Water starts at the North-West side of Broken Bay near the small headland called Little Box Head.
Just be careful - the channel at the entrance is narrow, beware of Half-Tide Rocks, and always follow the marked channel not the vessel in front of you.

Car

You can get to Killcare Marina by car.
Access to Killcare Peninsula is via Woy Woy, from the south, and Kincumber from the north. It is a short and pleasant drive from the better known beaches of Avoca and Terrigal.
Killcare Marina is just 1.5 hours drive north of the heart of Sydney (along the M1 Pacific Motorway, exit to Woy Woy, Gosford and Terrigal). Please, visit "Google Map & Directions" item above for road directions, maps, satellite views etc ... (courtesy of Google Maps).

Ferry

The area can also be reached by ferry.
High speed Palm Beach Ferry travels between Palm Beach on Sydney’s Northern Beaches to Wagstaffe.
Departing roughly every hour the journey is one of the most picturesque, spanning across 4 waterways from Pittwater, Broken Bay, The Entrance to the Hawkesbury River and Brisbane Waters. It takes 20 minutes to get to Wagstaffe.
Unfortunately, this ferry drops off at Wagstaffe however there is also a ferry that travels Brisbane Waters called the Cockatoo Ferry. The timetable generally coincides however the Cockatoo Ferry operates a regular service during Christmas School Holidays only.

Public Transport

Public train stations are located at Woy Woy and Gosford. 
Just a few bus routes are available (59 Woy Woy – Wagstaffe, 64 Gosford – Woy Woy, 65 Gosford - Wagstaffe).
 
To get to Killcare/Hardys Bay from Woy Woy you can take periodic bus route 59 to Wagstaffe.
To get to Killcare/Hardys Bay from Gosford you can take periodic bus route 65 to Wagstaffe.
 
Cockatoo Ferry also operates from Woy Woy wharf for travel to Hardy's Bay however the Cockatoo Ferry operates a regular service during Christmas School Holidays only.
